Dear Conveners,
The evaluation of summaries that are to be delivered at the conference has already been completed and by now you must have received the “Certificates of Acceptance”. In case some convener has not received the certificate yet, please let Mr. Stavros Kiotsekoglou know (skio27@otenet.gr) and provide him with a Fax number so that you will receive the Certificate of Acceptance more conveniently and faster. (Please do remember to send us a copy –draft or word file – of your conference announcement, with pictures, (ekataios@gmail.com) for the translator of the conference). A computer projector for the Power Point presentation will be available.
As far as the accommodation is concerned we would like to remind you that the Organizing Committee covers accommodation costs for three nights (28th,29th and 30th October, 2011) at the ALEXANDER BEACH HOTEL (http://www.alexbh.gr) only for conveners who participate and deliver an announcement. The Organizing Committee covers food costs only for the conveners who have registered (and will either deliver an announcement or not) that is, it covers the food costs for the final specific number of conveners. The same applies to all conferences that take place abroad. The conveners who shall wish to attend the Conference will be able to register on 28th October, 2011 at the Secretary.
